4 Axis Horizontal Milling
My Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG horizontal mill is equipped with 60 tool stations and a "B" rotary axis, allowing for machining 3 sides of a work piece in each setup. Higher quality and faster cycle times make this a production-oriented machine to fit your higher-run parts.
CNC 4-Axis Mill/Turn
Turning things up a notch. Utilizing a state of art live tool turning center with Y-axis capability, I am able to make bushings, adapters, shafts, and other complex turned parts in a single operation on my Takisawa LA250YS
